IPAudit is licesnsed under the GNU General Public License. It is freely distributable and extensible so long as it remains under this license.
Ownership
IPAudit began as a personal project of Jon Rifkin, and progressed to become property of the University of Connecticut. It is being actively developed by entities within and without the University of Connecticut, following the open source doctrine.
Third Party Elements and Contributions
IPAudit relies upon third party code and libraries not written by or supported by the University of Connecticut, or any of the official IPAudit developers.
